The AI Bot is horrible, there are no words. To allow them to say "I'm sorry I'm still learning and didn't get that. As Delta's Virtual assistant I need a little more information from you to answer your question." and then this goes in a loop for precious valuable minutes, while I'm already stressed out about an international cancellation, and losing out on seats on better flights bc the bot booked me on a next day horrible one out of GRU for example where there are NO delta desks except one in the bowels of the airport that you need an escort to get to. That Virtual Assistant response is akin to getting a human and them telling you "I'm sorry, I'm still learning English, so I can't communicate with you" Really???? Is this the hill you wan to die on Delta? Did you just spend decades getting to where you are just to have the Nvidia hype of AI burn down your house??? I travel for a living and I travel on a lot of airlines as I have to go to all corners of the globe at a moments notice. I am at the point where I want to tell my company not to book me on Delta. It's been that bad.
Or you could just call Delta and get it resolved properly.

i know you’re very important and your time is precious. I get it. Just make the phone call.
