I noticed the 15% discount on miles and possibly a $150.00 cash credit if you apply and receive a Gold card. Do you know if I have to do this before I book or at the end of checkout?

Also, does, the 15% Miles discount include both bookings, i.e, myself and my wife, or just for one person?

(I previously had an AMEX Gold card so I am not eligible for the 65K Miles offer)..

Btw, we would be leaving from either Oakland, CA or San Francisco to Dublin.
