I have Radisson VIP and I’ve been around most of Europe.
I can confirm the only lounges I’ve come across so far:

Manchester Airport. They have a lounge with alcoholic drinks, snacks and desserts with a runway view.

Bucharest, they have a really nice lounge with alcoholic drinks and snacks too.

Brussels has a nice lounge with food and drink too.

I’ve heard there tend to have them in England at the Park Plazas, the one in Leeds and a few in London.
