DAT this morning.

Just boarded this for the 565 LIN/LHR.

First impressions are fine, crew very welcoming and great at dealing with over enthusiastic Italians and there 'under seat bags', pulling them out of the bins and forcing under seat placement :-), they seem to be better at enforcing BA policy than BA!.

Interior is clean and tidy. I'm in row 15, leg room seems a good 2 inches better than a typical BA A320/1 and the seats seem to be the thin Recaro types - a bit firm but its not a long flight. Interior of the plane is showing its age but no worse than some of the older BA planes I've been on, though the PA system is terrible.

No charging points or wifi as mentioned, i'll see about the onboard service but realistically i'm not sure they can be much better or worse when it comes to whizzing down the aisle chucking a bottle of water and a pack of savoury corn at you.

Net of net, if you've found out your on a DAT operated flight I wouldn't worry about it and if your in BC I'd stick with it as it appears to be a seperate cabin (same seats though).
