I still have kept Amex for a while but I think it's time to ditch the card at some point. I have used Melia Gold card a few times because you can get -20 % three times a year with that card. I have almost earned the Amex annual fee back with that benefit. It's okay but not necessary.
for me the 200€ domestic and international dinners was worth keeping the card, but once that left the finner for two is just too much work having to travel 1hr to get the meal is not that convinient to be honest...
if they spice up the benefits maybe I will return...
