Now? You could be waiting a week or two. I think some are automated and some are not. Either way, if you have the case reference, it means it's in the system and will be processed. I wouldn't even think to follow up before 10 working days had passed, as I'd expect you'd get it before then. At the same time, remember loads of people are cancelling right now, so there is probably a backlog. Let us know when you receive it.

Confirmation of voucher with case ID today, says. I will receive the voucher within 7 days.
