This is a well known bug in the TK app. If you go to the TK forum you will find several threads about being unable to retrieve UA, AC, LM etc award reservations on the TK website or the app, even if you have the TK PNR (different from the LM PNR as you already know)

4). You get it wrong here. There is no TK ticket No. (starting with 235). There is only a LM/AV ticket No. as LM issued the ticket. TK doesn't issue a ticket when you booked through others than TK. So there is no point is asking for a TK/235 ticket No. because it doesn't exist.

You will be able to access the reservation on the TK website or app when OLCI opens. That is as good as it gets when you book TK flights with others than TK.
