Maybe the retiming to 6pm puts more pressure on the kitchen as more people may wish to eat than when it was at 9pm….
I'm sure they'll work it out. With a 5:20pm opening it was much of a splash and dash for many QF travelers - the lounge being open two hours earlier provides for a much more relaxed opportunity.
