There is a separate team that pulls the award and reverts the price back to the original rate. Sometimes it is done in a day, sometimes it can take weeks.
to make sure I understand, in my case, the award was pulled and taken from my account, but another team will go in and revert the price? Last time i did this both things happened simultaneously.
