LAX is not really walkable, like other airports with hotels attached to them. Sure, if you are in a close terminal and using a backpack, but thats not me. Also, with an advertised shuttle, this is a perk of staying here.

Well, it would have been nice to know that and as I said, I have stayed there many times before without an issue. This is a high end hotel and a reliable shuttle is one of the most important perks of this property and should be run much better.
Also, with the Blog post on Hyatt LAX, this is a problem they really don't want to solve. Thus, I will reconsider staying somewhere else the next time I am in LA
