If you google any combination of "hyatt sua offline team", you will come across a couple of posts on different platforms calling out this exact situation and how it is pretty common.
There is a separate team that pulls the award and reverts the price back to the original rate. Sometimes it is done in a day, sometimes it can take weeks.
