I read through this whole thread but couldn't find the answer, so have some questions.

I'm doing an international - international transit from T2 to T3. SHA-HND T2 on ANA and HND T3-HNL on DL.

- Do I have to enter Japan?
- I will try to interline luggage from SHA, but if they can't, do I have to enter Japan?
