Just checking in to say we (2 AY OWEs) had a wonderful experience at KUL on a day trip from SIN.

Although we were flying Y, when we said wanted to visit the F lounge, we were directed to the BMW transfer from the G to C gates. A very pleasant and unexpected surprise.

I had soup, salad, and an herb crusted chicken for my main course. Everything was delicious and expertly plated. We shared the dining room with 3 other pax, so service was quite attentive. My only quibble on the dining is with the quality of the wines. The Duval Leroy is okay, but the Aussie chard left much to be desired.

We retreated to the lounge area after our meal, and we were the only ones there. I was shown how to use the massage chair, which was very nice. Buffet is small without much variety so as others have said, if you want to eat but don't want sit down dining, the business lounge is the way to go. I have never had a lounge to myself before.

All in all, a great ground experience at KUL.
