I do not like this hotel myself, though I have only one experience there, and I walked over and had no mishaps with taking the shuttle back (apart from the driver not dropping me close to my departure, even though I told him my terminal and gate). Push back again with Consumer Affairs if you stay often. If you don't need the Hyatt credit, stay at the Sheraton. I actually like it a bit better. Or do AA Hotels for the LPs?
