honestly this card doesn’t feel like a high end card. Only thing that attracted me to this card is the earning ability. Customer reps are clueless about the card’s benefits. They keep switching you from one dept to another. Even their travel concierge is not that prestige. You can barely hear them. Calls keep cutting off and they keep saying can you hear me? I’ve had the card ever since it came out. Therefore, I’m going to downgrade to premium card and use it with my US Altitude a reserve card.
