I made a one-night reservation at the new Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport. When booking at airport hotels I always check to make sure that there is a free shuttle; I'm fairly certain the hotel web site said there was. If the new Sheraton is on the same site as the old, it is certainly not walkable.
The old one did have a shuttle, and I cannot see them operating without one.
Call or email the hotel directly.
A Bluebird meter taxi will probably run you under 50,000 IDR on the meter, but tip the driver another 50,000
on top of that to make up for his waiting time.
