The site is no longer sending SMS messages. I've been trying to get a text message for several days, and nothing. The call center has initiated support tickets, and I've emailed customer service, but NOTHING. Once I get in, I'm spending my miles, then I'm DONE. Lifemiles just isn't worth the significant PITA.
