There appears to be a new system limitation where the free schedule change flag disappears 15 days after the email went out. So flight changes before June 20 no longer have the change flag and you have to call it in. This is incredibly annoying since I have over a dozen flights with old schedule changes.
Thanks for the heads up. When you called in was there any indication that there would be a time limit to be able to make the changes instead of the current anytime before the flight?

swaMark this is a terrible change for customers and certainly will make more busywork for agents. Can you please send feedback that the schedule change flag and ability to make do a self service change should be put back? TY
