Agreed. I was there a couple weeks ago and the limited payment options sucked. They need to either support more payment systems (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.), credit cards, or coins. The coin slot was taped over, but people were peeling it off and using them anyway.
The coin slot was totally tapped over and I am not even sure it will run if you drop coins in anyway. More people need to complain to the manager. The Room manager and the assistant manager seem to be there all the time.
To be told, I really want to like this hotel. But after staying there for two days I am not sure about the location. It is not the short walk from the subway. The location is just too busy and the price point is insane at double what Hyatt place Kyoto is charging!!
