Hyatt Regency LAX shuttle Issue
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles airport location in June and that was probably the 10th time I stayed here and usually have been very happy. However, that morning at around 6 AM Sunday morning when I went downstairs to check out and take my wife and six bags to the airport shuttle pickup right next to the front desk, things did not go as planned. Usually the shuttle bus swings around picks everybody up without any issues. However, that day the shuttlebus picked up passengers at the public parking lot about 100 yards away had a very long line and was filling up every bus and skipping the Hyatt stop. When I went inside to alert the front desk, they said that I should carry my own bags about 100 yards to the public parking garage and then I had to stand in a line of about 50 people with all my bags. This has never happened before at this location and I was very shocked at the poor service from Hyatt Regency that morning. The only good news was the bus driver was very helpful with helping me get my bags on and off the bus.
