I have a VPN turned on and it always gives the same error. The only thing that works for me, is to open the website on my phone without VPN. Works every time. Plus SMS 2FA doesn't work. And logging with the Flying Blue number doesn't work. Only Email works and they send 2FA code to email. Try that out.
