No, because the DOH-MLE portion is not yet available to book (edge of booking window). J or Y.
Original question is about somehow booking USA-DOH on the day the booking window opens up, but since arrival into DOH is the next day, and the DOH-MLE flight is the day after that, I would need to wait 2 days to book the entire itinerary… at which time the USA-DOH could get scooped up.
