This is feedback they need to hear. I absolutely love this hotel, it is one of my favorites in the portfolio, but I agree with a number of the posters here regarding the club offerings, especially at breakfast. If nothing else - they are repetitive and lack hot items. I like eggs, but when you only have two hot rotating dishes they serve the same eggs on 5 out of 7 days? When I was last there about a year ago, you couldn't even get pineapple without scrounging around for it in a mixed fruit bowl. It's Hawaii for crying out loud - pineapple is the one thing your guests expect at breakfast.

This is really easy to fix and not particularly expensive - add a waffle maker. Offer nice slices of fresh pineapple. Increase the breadth of hot offerings to include an additional dish or two per day. They don't need to offer ricotta pancakes or eggs benedict - just improve their existing buffet which is tired, lacks variety, and feels like it was downgraded during Covid without bouncing back afterwards.

I don't expect a full service breakfast but I also don't expect them to mail it in and to make a small effort. F&B here, aside from a few nice dinners at Tidepools, has always been a letdown compared to other facets of the hotel like the pool, rooms, spa, front desk, etc.
