Do you earn Avios when buying an Avios Boost?
Apologies if this has been asked, I searched and couldn't find it.

I'm looking at using the Avios boost, a cost of £2700 for around 300k points. If I pay with my BA Amex will I still get the Avios on the £2700 spend? Or if not, shall I use the Barclays Avios card?
