  • Some think any small bag belongs under the seat in front of you, regardless whether you only bring that small bag along.
  • Some think if you only bring a small bag, you should be able to store it overhead.
  • Some bring so much on-board, they simply don't care where it goes, as long as it comes along.
  • Some don't care either way.
