Honestly, like most, I agree it's quite possible that the OP might be allowed this one off.

But I guess the broader question, given the scale of BA's customer base, is if you begin allowing exceptions where do you draw the line? What if the OP had twins instead of just one toddler? Or triplets? Where do you draw the line?

Exceptions can become a quite slippery slope...
