I would just walk up the First Wing with confidence and see what happens. Definitely don’t ask. If that fails you can always try airside as well.

Our kids are nearly 5 and 7 and we have never been denied CCR access with them (I am GGL but neither they nor my wife is). Usually doesn’t get a second glance. One agent in a talking to herself kind of way a year or two ago referred to “allowed in under the family policy” which I don’t think exists but imagine there may be confusion amongst agents in treatment of kids.
