Unfortunately there I can only combine BA with Iberia, when I go to Iberia and attempt to combine my Avios from Vueling it says "Sorry, you currently don't meet the terms and conditions to combine Avios."
I have 0 Iberia Avios but will credit a chunk with PE long-haul flights later this year.
Any idea what these conditions are?
