I am in the same boat, flying TK164 on Sunday... Based on the data shown on FR24 for the past 7 days (unfortunately I don't have Silver / Gold to check further) it seems that those 4 hours delayed flights were on A359 plane, while those slightly delayed by 30 mins or on time were A333. (Un)fortunately my flight is on A359, while it will be nice to check out their new business class offering, I am puzzled as to which time shall I book my onward flight to DAD on Vietnam Airlines...
