So Just What is a "Minor Royal" Anyway?

Periodically, I've seen references on this board to either First Class seats being held for "minor royals", or "minor royals" spotted in first class. This made me think of a few questions:
1. Exactly what is a "minor royal"? Does it refer to Princes Henry and William (who are both minors, I believe)?
2. I know they made a big deal, the last time he was here, of Tony Blair flying to Washington on a Concorde. Does the British Government operate a plane, similar to our "Air Force One" that is normally flown by the Prime Minister (and presumably other ministers)? Or does he rely on BA for travel?
3. My understanding is that the Royal Family (I guess the Queen, her Prince, and her children and grandchildren?) have an ocean liner called Britannia. Do they also have a plane or fleet of planes? It would be interesting to know how the queen travels when she goes overseas.
