HUCA, the award space is real but not every agent can successfully book it. Try again, ,one thing for sure this current batch of Air France availability in business will not last.
You may be right but the agent I had seemed pretty solid and tried several different ways to book it and she could book several other flights that day basically everything else showing on website. My dates were flexible so I got the flight I wanted two days later so all good. I want to try out the new AF A350 J.
