I'm so sad to hear all the bad stories about this property. I was last here in 2019 and it was one of my favorite stays in the Marriott system - excellent service. Sadly, the GM, the guest services head and all the managers have left so I guess the new team simply isn't good.

5 yrs later and I actually keep in touch with the first service head (she left Marriott) 1-2 times a year to say hello and the previous GM (every 2-3 yrs).

Too bad as beautiful property
