Anyone have experience with paid upgrades on award stays here? I've done it at the Andaz Singapore, but after reaching out they responded with:
"Please kindly allow us try our best to accommodate your request depends on room availability upon arrival. For paying upgrade, we sincere apology we can not accept as you are Globalist member and it’s including your benefit."I booked a base room twin and requested to pay for an upgrade to the Bay View King. I could have sworn I read a previous post about this in the thread, but can't seem to find it.
