I look at this a totally different way.
1. I cannot qualify for a Bilt Rewards Credit Card.
2. I can use my Alaska Airlines Credit Card to pay my rent today and put off paying rent for close to 58 days. I pay rent on the 5th, my statement closes on the 6th, the rent gets placed on my Alaska card on the 7th. I pay on the 4th almost two months later.
3. I pay a 3% surcharge. My $4000 rent payment costs me $120 but I get 12000 miles for the transaction.
4. I am paying 1 cent a mile and putting of paying rent for 58 day.
5. Where can you by a Alaska mile for 1 cent?
6. I always get at least 2 cent in value for every Alaska mile I reimburse.
