Cause there are a few 2MM/DM’s like myself who check in a few hours before a flight knowing that upon check-in I will drop the list down, as OP can have a xMM/DM do a same day change that will affect the available F seats. The upgrade list is so fluid that I don’t bother checking until 45 min to departure when the gate will process upgrades.
