Do it in the reverse order so that wines will not make sense? Mix them all together? Why? Are the poor poor flight attendants so overworked that they are not up to serving in courses. Does anyone in management even care?
Agreed that D1 should be serving in courses, but it's been quite a while (pre-Covid) since domestic D1 switched to this. International D1 is still served in courses unless one requests it all at once.
Agreed re wines, too. It's been discussed before on this forum but yes, DL FAs often don't appreciate (or have time/energy for) serving different wines with different courses. Sometimes I'll let them know in advance that I'm going to want to switch from X to Y; sometimes I'll stop eating at the turning point in the food and just wait til they see that (they're often so eager to clear the trays that not eating can be a pretty fast way to get them to your seat); and sometimes I'll use the call button.
