Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights couple of months ago, was upgraded to high floor room as Platinum. I didn't take any pictures of the room but it looked almost exactly as on pictures above.
Didn't check the breakfast since you need to be Diamond to get it for free and for the price they charge there are many better options around.
No problems whatsoever during my stay, the only issue is that there is a construction on the next street and while I didn't hear any noise it might be different for lower floors.

All and all I think 150000 points for 4 nights (with 4th night free) it was a pretty good deal, they raised redemption prices since then so now it's not as competitive. As a solo traveler I enjoyed Indigo more than Conrad Tokyo mostly because of the location, even though standard room in Conrad is way bigger and with better amenities.
