The problem with ranking is what is people's individual preferences for a seat. For me true window seat, the further forward the better. My forward logic is based on less engine noise. I recently flew a Boeing 717 in row 1, and was reminded of how pleasant the noise profile of the MD80/MD90 was in row 1.
1A is only really the holy grail because ANA blocks it for elites etc., so people feel special if they can get it. As you can see from my logic, it would rank high for me as it scores top marks on both criteria. But I am not an ANA elite so I am not that likely to get it.
I'll echo all of this, especially the noise profile part, but recognize people have different priorities. At the end you're sort of splitting hairs with differences in most seats outside of true window/location.
