Just had a thought, what about a secret wine menu in CCR like they have the secret champagne at T5B or the semi-secret Signature Series champagnes at Chelsea? Means that average Joe that just wants a glass of red or white doesn’t increase CCR costs but snobs that do their research can have an option other than just Louise at £200 per bottle?
