On my most recent trip through Detroit, I noticed a catering truck from a company called DO & CO. A truck from this company catered the JFK-CDG flight I was on three weeks ago. They may well have catered DL 136. A dollar to a donut this was not the first recent Delta flight involving substandard catering.
DO & CO is one of the best catering companies out there. I'd really be surprised if they were the culprit here.
