Well, I have my doubts. We Swiss are not what we used to be, neither is Swiss. We'd better realize this fact! I have been living abroad quite a while.


Hihi, I am not sure if this is possible. Reality is that flying staff ususally do a great job, and ground staff do opposite. TravelClub with its incompetent and low qualified staff in call centers around the world, arrogant sales staff in town offices (especially in Zuerich), the management, the over-paid Swissair pilots... You see, almost the whole staff would have to be exchanged against more suitable staff. Hence, this is almost impossible.
