OK, I agree Swiss management is not really the best on the planet.

However, even more stupid than any mistake Swiss management made, was the idea to create an airline that was far oversized. All the political considerations like we need to fly to all parts of Switzerland, because the French, Italian and I donīt know what need to be considered.... Does anybody remenber the outcra when the silly ZRH-Bern route was canceled?

Swiss is a great brand name abroad. I would prefer to see it around for some time even if this means cutting lossmaking routes and firing overpaid unproductive staff (ground, flying & mgmt).
