For me the best use for Curve seems to be the better FX rates and the free ATM withdrawals. The much taunted "it works as a debit card towards the vendor" bit seems to be a nothingburger in FIN - if a merchant accepts card payments, he's not interested if it's a credit or debit card (except P2P payments in mobile pay) I don't really use P2P mobile pay, but the card seems to work there, too.

Caveat - Curve and Amex doesn't play together, if the reviews are to be believed.
