As I am staying for 26 days or so, I bought the unlimited data eSIM from Holafly (I believe it's CMLink based on the Activation message I received) - at least in Shenzhen, I'm getting 5G without any issues accessing Western services - will be interesting to see how it continues to perform in other areas of the country.
