I found some options in the following link, but even with a seven-seater, I'm skeptical about fitting 7-8 check-in size luggage. What options do I have?

Yes, 2 adults and 2 kids (I'm assuming 1 is younger than 6yo) should be fine in a room and for bfast.
Executive Room is identical to the base room, unless you mean room on the same floor as the Executive Lounge ?
If you want a Suite, might be worth putting in a NOR1 offer if the asking price is less than booking it outright (and less than redeeming 2 separate rooms). This hotel has Twin Bed Suites so everyone doesn't need to rough it out in a King bed.
There are MaxiCab (van taxis) that are bookable at the Airport or using Grab app. 8 luggages and 4 passengers should be no issue. I used one to go to the Zoo from Conrad and price was about 3x the price of a normal Grab but that was a 12 seater so still worth it as we would have needed to take 3 taxis anyway. Would suggest booking these on the spot instead of in advance as you never can be sure of any delays etc which will incur charges if booked in advance. Downside is abit of a wait but Changi Airport is a nice place to be in.
