Has anyone been able to use a Suite Upgrade Award at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai recently? I was checking some availability for a friend, and discovered that Standard Suites seem to have been pulled from availability on hyatt.com. This seems to be the case on all random dates checked from Jul for each month until Dec (I did not check into 2025). For points booking of suites, the only one available is the Diplomatic Suite from 24,000 points per night.

This may be another one of those hotels "playing games" of withholding Standard Suites from hyatt.com inventory, and thus, avoiding having to give out suite upgrades to Globalists, or to those attempting to use SUAs???
