Anything wrong with just putting two adults and booking the standard room award with two beds? I am Hyatt GLOB if this matters.
If you want 3 adults to be in the same room, it has to be a view room or better/bigger, I think. You can also use points+SUA to get a suite that allows 3 adults. You should then request a complimentary rollaway bed (I posted a pic of it - #1892).
