I saw a comment on Reddit. The poster stated that it could potentially be a Chase problem so they switched their form of payment to AMEX and stated that it worked so I’m gonna give that a try next and will post if it resolves the issue
as I stated in my title to this reply “ it worked”
I went into my IHG account and changed my password and my email address and my form of payment from Chase to AMEX…then it took me 4 or 5 times, a few page refreshes, and using different links to finally purchase IHG points at a 100% bonus on the IHG website
