Alaska's page seems pretty clear you can earn on DE numbers or AS code shares on DE metal. No references to WS at all. So probably zero miles there...
When I was looking yesterday the Canadian fares (except for YVR) were available directly from Condor, but yeah it looks like now maybe it's just WestJet codeshares. The CUN and MSP and BWI fares still seem workable, though.
