AA 1st Award with Regional Business how to get 1st Seat on 747?

We are flying from LAX to Hong Kong and on to Bali. As luck would have it, a 747 is being used on the day we are flying from Hong Kong to Bali.

We have a 1st Class AAdvantage award but are unable to book in rows 1-4.

I tried to purchase a 1st Class ticket but only Business and Coach seats are sold on this flight and even then, the seat map does not allow you to select rows 1-4.

The aircraft is configured with three classes of service but is only being sold with two.

How do I get rows 1-4?
